| Shipping & Returns Shipping All purchases (with the exception of the Oriental Brocade Mei Tais) ship USPS Priority Mail within 2-5 business days of your order. Mei Tais will ship USPS Priority within 2-10 business days of your order, depending on our current workload. If you are ordering volume quantities of any product (usually 5 or more), please contact us first so that we can give you an estimate of our current timeframe. Currently, Hip2BeBaby does not offer set expedited order or shipping charges. But if you need an item sooner than our current timeframe, please contact us so that we can try to accommodate rush requests. Returns Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Some Mama's and Papa's like that baby cinched up tight against them, while others enjoy a little more breathing room. And we are all built differently. So if your pouch doesn't seem to fit the way you would like it to, we offer simple exchanges for other Hip2BeBaby carriers. If returning the item without requesting an exchange, a refund (less a $5.00 restocking fee) will be issued within three business days of receiving and inspecting the item. However, returns and/or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Item(s) must be in original condition - no visible signs of wear, damage, or laundering. To return or exchange your item, please contact us first to let us know to expect the item. Customer will be responsible for shipping back to Hip2BeBaby, but we will cover the shipping for the exchanged item. |
